Historic Cocoa Village; a new discovery in every visit

A true walkable community, Historic Cocoa Village is anchored by Cocoa Riverfront Park, a 10-acre greenway that stretches to the back of the Cocoa Civic Center and Porcher House. The park, which includes a playground, splash-pad, and boardwalk, is also home to an amphitheater, which hosts events and concerts from acts such as Iration and Slightly Stoopid, all steps away from the areas top bars and restaurants.

From old favorites such as Ryan’s Pizza and Pub and Café Margaux (an Emeril featured restaurant!) to newer unique blend of eateries such as River Road Coffee + Popsicles with its Boozicles and gourmet brew, to Pub Americana, The Village Idiot Pub and REC 225, just to name a few. 

And just like the Space Coast’s other downtown areas, Historic Cocoa Village offers prime entertainment options. Most notably, Broadway in Brevard, aka the Historic Cocoa Village Playhouse entertains with its full line up of Broadway Musicals in the original 1924 Aladdin Theater.
